Well, it appears that Ellen DeGeneres isn't suffering any lasting ill effects from her disastrous (come on - is there really any other way to describe it?) season as an "American Idol" judge. Nope, it seems that you still like her, you really, really like her. According to a new report by Amplicate, an online-opinion collating resource that accounts for more than 75 million opinions of social media users, social media users rank Ellen as their favorite talk show host - while the "Queen of the Universe" aka Oprah Winfrey is rated among the worst!
With a positive rating of 97 percent as expressed on Twitter, Facebook and Amplicate, over 1,280 positive opinions were made about the Ellen over the past 3 months. Also among others scoring highly in the most favored list were Jimmy Fallon, Jon Stewart and Conan O'Brien, all rating above 93 percent in positive opinion. On the other hand, those who ranked the lowest in the category were Matt Lauer, Barbara Walters and Oprah who scored a love-rating of only 79 percent.
