For a procedure that's banned in Britain and the United States, Claudia Aderotimi traveled on Feb. 5 from her U.K. hometown to Philadelphia for a 'backroom procedure' to receive silicone injections to enhance the size of her rear end.
Shortly after the procedure, which was performed in her airport hotel room, the 20-year-old college student suffered chest pain and was transported to Mercy-Fitzgerald Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead."
